Male players born in 2007/2008 residing in this region are eligible to try out. The age & residency guidelines are very strict and no exceptions will be made.

Tryouts will take place on Sunday, 29 May 2022 in Terrace, BC at 3815 Sparks St, Terrace, BC V8G 5K7. Sessions will be held at 10:30am-12:00pm and 1:30pm-3:00pm.

A team with a roster of 18 players will be chosen to compete. Players are asked to arrive 20 minutes prior to session start time to confirm registration, get dressed, and warm up.

All players must bring their own water, wear shin pads, and appropriate full-match kit. Be prepared to give your best.

NOTE: There is a $175.00 registration fee for each player for the BC Games. This DOES NOT include additional fees such as uniforms and equipment. There may also be additional training fees to cover field bookings. Players who intend to participate in the BC Summer Games and are selected must be prepared to pay the $175 participation fee or risk losing their place on the roster.

Locations, dates, and practice times for selected team will be settled in due course after the Team roster has been determined. This year, the games take place 21-24 July in Prince George BC.

The travel details will be worked out in coordination with the zone representative and the girls team according to the BC Games guidelines.

All participants are required to stay at the designated BC Games accommodations - details on this to come. Food for athletes is included in $175 fee BC Summer Games fee.

Players must be registered with a BC Soccer Youth District. At this time, any player is eligible to tryout regardless of vaccination status.

There will be more information coming as we work out details. If your athlete is interested in hearing more about the games and potentially competing, please check out https://www.bcgames.org/Games/BC-Summer-Games
