The BVSS Board has created a system where members, volunteers and others can reach the board with concerns or issues they have encountered.  Please be aware of the following prior to completing the form:

·         Information is confidential and will be sent directly to our Risk and Safety Manager (riskandsafety@bvsoccer.ca).  This information will be presented to the board or other appropriate people if needed, and will be in general terms. Details will be kept confidential unless more information is needed to make an informed and appropriate response. Where there is a concern about possible criminal activity, the Risk and Safety manager will contact police,at which point the Safety Manager and/or Board will take direction from them regardless of the club's internal policies and procedures. 

·         Please note that we have BVSS Handbook & Policies, BVSS Constitution and Bylaws, Code of Conduct for Parents, Players, and Coaches that we abide by and would like members, volunteers, or others to read this prior to completing the form. 

·         We ask that all incidents be reported after a 24-hour cooldown period (part of our Policies and Procedures).

·         Each submission will be followed up by the Risk & Safety Manager and/or the BVSS board if required.
